Spa Reservations
All treatments and packages must be booked in advance by contacting the Spa on 01792 325025. We recommend that you book 4 – 6 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
The minimum age for spa guests is 16 years of age.
Payment in full is required in order to secure the booking. All payments are non-refundable.
Any bookings not cancelled 48 hours to your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment and need to reschedule we will endeavour to accommodate your request. All alterations need to be made at 1east 48 hours prior to the original booking. Any
Amendments after this period may not be possible.
Opening Times
Spa Opening Times
Spa reception is open for bookings from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Sunday
Spa Treatment Times
Treatments are available to book from 10.00am – 5.30pm, with evening sessions available until 7.00pm Monday – Thursday.
Hotel Guests Access
Hotel residents have access to the spa facilities between the hours of:
3.00pm – 9.00pm and 7.00am – 11.00am
Children have access to the spa facilities between the hours of:
4.00pm – 7.00pm and 7.00am – 10.00am
Spa Treatments
We ask all guests that are having treatments to be in our chill-out lounge, which is located on the 3rd floor of the annexe building, 10 minutes before their treatment time. The therapist will collect you at your allocated treatment
time. All guests are required to complete a medical form prior to their treatment, late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or cancellation of the treatment altogether. Please note that treatment time includes medical consultation, set up and your chosen treatment.
Spa Etiquette
Hairdryers, wet clothing bags and lockers are available at the spa. Lockers are operated with £1.00 coin. Guests are advised to bring a refillable water bottle with them when attending the spa. There are water fountains available at the spa, which guests are encouraged to take advantage of.
We recommend that guests wear comfortable light clothing upon arrival at the spa. Robes, slippers and towels will be provided for guests on spa day packages. Guests are politely asked to wear dry swimwear or undergarments underneath their robes for the duration of their treatment.
We ask that guests shower before heading into the facilities. Swimwear is essential when using the swimming pool, sauna, steam-room and Jacuzzi.
Spa Gift Vouchers
Spa Gift vouchers can be purchased for any treatment or can be made to a value to allow the recipients to choose their own treatment. The gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Gift vouchers are only valid for the dates described and cannot be extended. Vouchers can be purchased in person or by calling the spa desk. We reserve the right to replace treatments and products no become no longer available.
Aftercare Products
To extend your experience your therapist can advise you which products will make you look and feel your best until your next visit.
Medical Conditions and Pregnancy
It is important that you inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or infections, are pregnant or are breastfeeding before you book your treatment or package with us. All clients will be expected to complete a consultation form prior to any treatment or package being carried out, where all medical issues need to be disclosed.
